There’s a touch of magic every morning at Wolfberry, where rooftop views of the Rockies greet you first, and the rest of your day only gets better.

You’ve moved to this region of Southwest Calgary for its dynamic urban vibe by day and peaceful serenity in the evenings, and developer Slokker Homes has delivered this in spades

Introducing Wolfberry in Aspen Spring Village

Welcome to one of the city’s most desirable new living communities, courtesy of Slokker Homes, a family-owned company originating in the Netherlands that aims for ‘hygge’ — the Danish concept of warmth and coziness — in everything it builds. The 272-unit Wolfberry Condo project is part of the master-planned Aspen Spring Village, a 24-acre work-live-play community bordered by a natural environmental reserve, ringed by walking trails and centering a scenic pond.

Wolfberry’s standout features include contemporary condo designs (ranging from 549 to 1005 square feet) set within a building that combines large balconies with rich wood and brick details for a striking, tactile aesthetic. Unseen from a pedestrian’s viewpoint is the communal rooftop patio with mountain views, a pavilion, and a green community space featuring a pet wash at ground level.

Prospective buyers can choose from cosy, stylish studios to spacious two-bedroom units and customize finishes beyond traditional design packages. Interiors feature quartz countertops, high-quality cabinets, luxury vinyl plank flooring with cork underlay, and a private ensuite in the main bedroom. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel, and the bathrooms include modern, eco-friendly fixtures.

Every visitor is greeted with a sense of spaciousness, thanks to Wolfberry’s open-concept design and expansive windows that flood each unit with natural light. Even better, buyers will be pleased to know that condo fees remain below average—ranging from just $135 to $197 per month—covering heating, water, and other essential services.

Wolfberry joins Aspen Spring’s Juniper and Aurora communities, creating authentic family-friendly living that blends architectural elegance and urban convenience amidst scenic beauty and green spaces.

Area highlights include Springbank Hill Market, a major upcoming retail hub next to Aspen Village, set to offer boutique stores, a gym, a daycare, office space, a food court, and a grocery store. In addition, Aspen Landing — just a short walk away — already features more than 60 stores and services, many of them locally owned.

Like most of Aspen’s residences, Wolfberry benefits from what was initially a challenge for Slokker developers: a fluctuation in the elevation of the land as much as 15 metres, and almost 200 metres overall above downtown Calgary. “However, this enabled us to build on the higher elevations and give homeowners great views,” says Milad Kondori, project director at Slokker Homes, adding that drones were used to calculate the ideal elevations for homeowners.

In addition to views, Kondori cites one of the top benefits of living in Wolfberry. “This location in Southwest Calgary is unmatched,” he says. “You’re close to everything, from schools and churches to shops and parks. From Wolfberry to downtown Calgary by car is only 15 minutes, and the walk to the 69 Street Station is just 12 or so minutes, depending on your route. Lots of bus stops are nearby, too.”

Prices for homes in Wolfberry start at $305,000, and Kondori says of this affordability, “It’s due to an extremely well thought-out design process in which not a single square foot of space is wasted. That, combined with energy-efficient appliances, keeps owner costs down and maintenance to a minimum.” Invisible elements, such as a building envelope that exceeds code requirements, also contribute to owner convenience in the long run.

Project director Milad Kondori encourages prospective buyers to take advantage of timing and secure their Wolfberry home at presale prices before construction commences later this year.
